ShadowCast 2 & Pro No Video 🎥 with Sound 🎶 (Vice versa)
If you are using either the ShadowCast, ShadowCast 2, ShadowCast 2 Pro and experiencing no video but with sound present or the other way around, on Mac or Windows, Please try the following method:
- Connect your ShadowCast series product to the HDMI source and computer.
- Open OBS.
- Adjust the video and audio output to ShadowCast, ShadowCast 2 or ShadowCast 2 Pro.
- If there is no Video presence, select the video output and delete it from the List in OBS.
- Click the ➕ sign and add the video output again, and select the ShadowCast product.
- The video driver should be recalibrated to show the video and audio.
