I love this product only downside is trying to unplug the HDMI.
I’m pretty strong and it felt like grabbing the sword in the stone or trying to pick up thors hammer 😭

Good product, bad service. Took almost two months to ship and no one ever reached out about supply issues. I had to dig into the discord community to even find out if I was getting my product. Having the community is the only real reason this is 3 stars. I tried to contact support 5 times regarding if I was getting my order and they still to this day never responded to even one my of messages. I can’t say I am going to order again from a company that doesn’t bother to message back their customers. Bad communication is an understatement. Do not expect any communication from this company.

Horrible customer service. Takes too long to respond to inquiries and took almost two months to ship products. Selling items that are out of stock and emailing customers with a shipping confirmation is super shady. I disputed the charge and magically my items show up on the doorstep. I refused the package, I don’t appreciate the run around and will never be purchasing from Genki again. Save your money and don’t buy from a company that doesn’t respect you as a customer.

I don’t even have the product in hand, despite it being 38 days since ordering. It takes support more than a week to respond to any questions, and there was no indication at time of order that there was a back order or delay.
For reference, these are the expectations they set on their site:
-“For all of our products, we estimate the shipping time to be around 3-7 business days for US orders...” - When will I get my package FAQ
-“We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours...” - Support Page, Reach Out to Us form
