I like the product but the sleeper case zip got stuck but Genki sent me a replacement quickly. Love the Charging energy pack

Products are really high quality, I’ve hsed the Attack Vector since getting it and it has been so comfortable to play games with. I also love the battery pack, the joycon chargers and the cartridge holder. I however dislike the sleeper case, its nice and high quality but the zipper doesnt work all that well and actually broke on me within a few days. All in all everything in the bundle is amazing besides the sleeper case.

Grip felt perfect, battery works like a dream, and game cases are amazing. I just wish the carrying case could fit with the vector grip. Both work well alone though!

Got everything but the Mimic Chest

I've received everything but the Mimic Chest I've email support about a week ago and no reply, an update nothing. Its ashamed cause I really liked the product I did received so also seen other post on reddit with people missing items in their order.
