While the bundle took a while to ship (not the company’s fault), the customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything is high quality and works well. I am incredibly impressed.
I received the order but it was still missing the dock due to the shortage of manufacturing components. Emailing them about it, and they were prompt in answering as well extremely nice.
As for the other parts if the kit, I only got to try them out for a day so far, but I like what I see. The Bluetooth audio adapter is great, and it has another adapter to connect it via normal USB ports in case you wanted to connect Bluetooth headsets while playing on the dock as well.
There seems to be a delay in the audio but that is to be expected of any Bluetooth device (could also be a problem with my headset because I have the same delay when using my headset with other gadgets as well) and it is small enough to be ignored after a few minutes of gameplay.
The stand seems sturdy, and when you want to put it away, it is very compact!
All in all, I love this bundle as I have my Switch with me on the go most of the time so I am sure it will come in handy in a lot of situations.

Thank you very much for the review, the latency on your headphone is usually because your device does not have the low latency decoder (aptX-LL), if anyhow you are looking for a new pair, try to find a pair with aptx-LL and the delay should be undetectable. I've tested the product for a few weeks. All the devices work great and almost seamlessly. All the items are significantly convenient for any Switch set up.
Unfortunately the Genki audio package (cartridge case) came in broken. The case should work great to store the devices for travel (stand, genki audio, usb adapter, mic and games) but it came broken with a hole as big as the usb adapter and I don't trust it for travel. Luckily, the devices worked great on arrival or at least to the best of my knowledge.
